I'm passionate about real estate and helping others, so I decided to get into the mortgage industry. Since becoming a broker, I've had the pleasure of working on multiple investment properties and construction projects, which has made the last fifteen years eventful.

Over the past few years, I have noticed that the implementation of the stress test has made it challenging to purchase a home, which has opened the doors for more rental opportunities. However, with mortgage rates at an all-time low, it gives home seekers a better chance.

I enjoy educating people on how property is one of the best long-term investment tools when appropriately utilized, and taking a client's application and formulating a straightforward plan to ensure they received the best mortgage options is important to me.

I'm a total optimist, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my impeccable customer service. I make the process stress-free, and clients trust my advice, which has allowed me to build a solid reputation for reliability.

When clients smile and say "thank you," "we couldn't have done it without you," "we love you," "thanks for teaching us new things that we didn't know," it inspires me to work harder. Challenging myself has been the secret to my continuous success.

My family has also helped me to succeed, as I have a very supportive wife that regularly instills positive energy and allows me to take risks. Besides, being the boss has given me the flexibility to spend more time with my loved ones.

When I am not securing lenders, I love playing games with my two boys, as they are fun to be around. I also enjoy hanging out with friends, and my other hobbies include working out and kicking it down the slopes during the winter.
